Zidaza, LLC is the technology holding company built by founders who run real medical and dental practices. Every avatar — informational, front desk, or fully custom — was tested on real patients inside those practices first, not a demo audience, before Zidaza licensed any of it externally.
Zidaza licenses that same technology to independent physicians, dentists, and healthcare companies who want it in their own name, without building it themselves. Medical and dental practices are where the technology was proven — not a limit on who it's built for. Outside of healthcare, Zidaza is open to developing a custom avatar for any business or industry that wants one.
This is not a consumer app, and not a generic chatbot vendor's product built for healthcare as an afterthought. The medical and dental focus is where Zidaza's clinical credibility comes from, and every custom build outside that focus is held to the same standard.
The technology
Every Zidaza engagement runs under a single license agreement, with the specific technology defined as a schedule to that agreement. A practice adopts one, two, or all three.
